Diminished attention, increased polarity, bias and the assault on truth and reason, combined with the acceleration of technology increasing the pace of automation, and surveillance capitalism, contribute greatly to the chaos we are witnessing in the world today.

Speed in business demands agility in leadership. Agile leaders adapt to change. They get complexity. They move rapidly to action. They can pivot on a dime when needed.

The earth, our home, is approximately 4.5 billion years old. Only six million years ago humans emerged and evolved to walk upright, build tools, and develop ideas and technology to become the humans we are today. Around 98 billion people have walked the earth in these six million years.

Cardinal Sin is a sculpture by graffiti artist Banksy. It is a bust of a cardinal with his face sawn off and replaced with blank tiles. The work was unveiled at the Walker Art Gallery in 2011.
